Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of YourItineraries, the itinerary-building software provided by Your Itineraries of 16 Kinghorn Road, Norwich NR2 3QP ("we", "us"). By opening an account you agree to them.

1. The service

YourItineraries is online software for tour operators, travel agents and similar businesses. You use it to build itineraries and share them with your own clients. We provide software only. We do not sell travel, take bookings or handle payments between you and your clients.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for everyone who uses your account and for keeping passwords secure.
  • You must be acting for a business, not as a consumer.

3. Plans and payment

  • Plans are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars, by card through Stripe. An annual option is available on request.
  • A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up; the first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
  • Setup is optional. If you ask us to do setup work for you, a one-off setup fee is charged when that work begins.
  • Prices are shown before tax. Local taxes may be added where they apply.
  • We may change prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend the account until it is paid.

4. Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
  • Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
  • Setup fees are not refunded once setup work has started.
  • If we end the service, we will refund any fees paid for the period after it ends.

5. Your content

Everything you put into YourItineraries - text, photos, logos, itineraries and your clients' details - stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the service can work. You must have the right to use anything you upload, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you send to your clients.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to upload harmful code, or to store content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance and make improvements without notice.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time. We may close or suspend it if you break these terms or do not pay. After an account is closed we keep your content for 30 days in case you want it back, then delete it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
